He is survived by: his wife Idell Allen; his son James Allen; his grandchildren, Samantha Richards and James Cody Allen; his great grandchild Kendall Richards; and his siblings, Nellie Mae Ward, Merle Fowler (Wayne), Charlie (Janice), Rondal and Felix Allen (Sherry).
