She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Tow, Sr. and Minnie McCarter Tow; her husbands, Floyd Young and Eddie Watts; her daughter Kathy Harkins; her grandson Taylor Harkins; and her siblings, Hazel Winkler, Barbara Dyer, Edna Jarrard and Russell Tow.
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Danny (Ginger Harkins), Lamar Harkins, Darrell "Butch" Harkins, Wanda (Ed Watts), Jimmy (Amy Harkins) and Tim Harkins; her brother Jesse; and her sister-in-law Virginia Tow. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
