He is survived by : his wife Sheila Merritt; his daughter Maranda; his son-in-law Shannon Crawford of Cleveland, GA; his sister Rhonda; his brother-in-law Rick Garrison of Ringgold; his grandchild Angel Dykes (Eli); and his great grandchildren, Roslynd Dykes and Raeland Dykes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
