She was predeceased by : her parents, William C. Bilger and Dorothy V. Bilger; and her siblings, Bonnie L. Vilk (Edward), Kathleen E. Mooney, William C. Bilger II (Patricia) and Kenneth B. Bilger.
She is survived by : her caregivers, Orthopedic, Specialist, Nursing Manager and Charge; her significant other Becky Mikel of Sautee, GA; her sisters, Joy B. Goehring (Charles) of Indianapolis, IN and Janice L. Kaufman (Wayne) of New Holland, PA; and her brother-in-law David Mooney of Greensburg, PA. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers Deb's family has requested that gifts in her memory be designated for the Smithgall Humane Society, Sautee, GA, Hospice of NGMC (North Georgia Medical Center), Gainesville, GA, or the charity of your choice.
