He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy (Rena Shuler) and Vaughn (Diane Gilleland); his grandson Levi Shuler of Cleveland; his sisters, Marie S. Adams of Cleveland, Audrey Nix of Cleveland and Mildred (John E. Autry); his siblings-in-law, Reverta, Claude of Cleveland, Dianne Gilleland of Cleveland, Leon of Cleveland, Linda Gilleland of Cleveland, Lavenia and Nick Clark of Gainesville; his grandchildren, B. J. Hood, Candi Hood, Jonathan Rupard and Ashley Rupard; and his nieces and nephews, Reba Adams, Sondra Champe, Ellen Palmer, Edwin Nix, Roger Autry and Nick Palmer (Josh Chatham). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
