He was predeceased by : his father Joel Columbus "JC"; and his siblings, William Doyle Kay and Linda Kay Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Delphine Paul Kay of Sautee; his daughters, Pam Kay Hill (Bobby) of Cleveland and Jan Kay (Kelly) of Sautee; his grandsons, Rob Hill (Jennifer) and Brad Hill (Michelle); and his great grandchildren, Drake Hill and Zac Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
