He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Seabolt and Irene Kenimer Seabolt; and his brother Eugene Seabolt. He is survived by: his wife Ovie Seabolt; his son Paul; his daughter-in-law Bonita Seabolt; his daughter Gina; his son-in-law Charles Rider; his grandchild Ryan Allison (Alex); his great grandchildren, Zoie Allison and Xaden Allison; and his siblings-in-law, Christine Seabolt, Barbara "Bob" Hubbard, Barbara Hubbard, Roger and Linda Hubbard.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home (118 N Brooks St, Cleveland, GA 30528). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
