He is survived by: his wife Pat Satterfield; his daughter Lisa Satterfield; his daughter-in-law Lisa Johnson; his daughter Tiffany; his son-in-law Josh Blalock; his grandchildren, Rachel Blalock, Sarah Blalock, Hannah Blalock, Andrew Blalock and Rebekah Blalock; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Vivian Satterfield; and his sisters, Patsy (Jimmy Lee) and Martha (Randy DeLong).
