She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Cook and Susie Lewis Cook; her husband Carley Lee Johnson, Jr.; and her brother Jim Cook (Evelyn). She is survived by: her daughter Carla Michelle (Shellie) Gerrell (Jeff); her grandchildren, Madison Hester (Stephen), Malia Gerrell (Ryan Sparks), Brayden Gerrell and Owen Gerrell; and her great grandchild Isaac. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
