He was predeceased by: his parents, A. J. McWaters and Bessie McWaters. He is survived by: his wife Diane McWaters; and his sons, Tony McWaters, Mike McWaters (Elaine) and Gary McWaters. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
