He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Meaders and Frances Autry Meaders. He is survived by: his son Terry W. Meaders; and his siblings, Michael L. Meaders, James E. Meaders, Carl K. Meaders, Richard A. Meaders and Alisa M. Velazquez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barrett Funeral Home (118 N Brooks St, Cleveland, GA 30528). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
