He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Lee and Mary Frances Palmer; and his granddaughter Angelica Leigh Burch. He is survived by : his wife Debi; his children, Lane, Twila Palmer of Columbus, GA, Chris, Kyrsti Bruce of Kuna, ID, Candice, Ryan Wade of Jefferson, GA and Catherine Peer of Jefferson, GA; and his brother George (Jane Palmer). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and Friends.
