He is survived by: his wife Adrianne "Angie" Cannady; his daughters, Tara Jensen (Frank) and Temsia Weghorst (Mark); his stepdaughter Lisa Allen (David); his grandchildren, Max, Madison, Maya, Kai, David Todd (Grace), Britni (Dillon), Jonathan (Chandler), Carianne and Will; and his brother Ervin "Bill" Thompson. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
