She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Abernathy and Carrie Addis Abernathy; her son Timothy Ned Biggers; and her brothers, Lawson Abernathy, Davis Abernathy, Howard Abernathy and James "Jigs" Abernathy.
She is survived by: her husband Morris Biggers; her children, David Biggers and Joan Lee (David); her brother Sidney Abernathy (Ovaline); and her grandchildren, Jodi Robertson (Brett), Trey Ivey (Lauren) and Marissa Toney (DT). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
