The family announces the passing of Ann Williams Hester of Climax, Georgia on October 18, 2026. Ann, born on November 27, 1935, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ennis Williams and Arie Faircloth Williams; her husband Bubber Hester; her siblings, J. E. Williams, Norwood Williams, Glenn Williams, Randall Williams, Katherine Self, Jerane Hunt and Bonnie Newton; and her daughters-in-law, Patty Hester and Kristy Hester.
She is survived by: her children, Al Hester, Jill Clark (Phillip) and Wendell Hester; and her grandchildren, Allen, Brandie, Chelsea, Tabitha, Tiffany and Trey. She is also survived by her seventeen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews; and a host of extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Climax Methodist Church (210 W Broad St, Climax, GA 39834). A reception will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
