She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick "Freddy" Shepard and Clara Mae Shepard; her son Phillip Kelly; her son-in-law Chad Robinson; and her siblings, Danny Shepard and Louise Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Kelly (Marilyn) of Climax, GA, Rick Kelly (Christie) of Climax, GA and Clara Robinson of Iron City, GA; and her brother Jimmy Shepard (Brenda) of Climax, GA. She is also survived by many grandkids.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (105 N Florida St, Bainbridge, GA 39817). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home Chapel (105 N Florida St, Bainbridge, GA 39817).
