With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Betts Ware (Climax, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 22, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ausmus Outler Betts and Sybil Blair Betts; her husband Gene Ware (Gene); her brother Ausmus; her sister-in-law Ruth Betts; and her siblings, Gwendolyn (Dutch Wingate), Jean (Archie Fuller) and Ralph Betts.
She is survived by: her son Allen Ware (Flecia) of Climax; her granddaughters, Tracy Fitzgerald (Charlie) of Gillette Wyoming and Amy Thomas (Joey) of Climax; her great grandchild Madison Morrison (Sheldon) of Climax; her granddaughter Bailey Thomas (Maddie) of Climax; and her great great grandchildren, Brayleigh Kate Thomas and Eden Renee Morrison.
