She is survived by : her husband Joseph David Phillips; her children, Carol Ward, Daniel Parker (Martha), Marsha Poitevent (Ed) and Daisy Kennedy (Lee James); her granddaughters, Kristina Johnson (Steve) and Valarie Duke (Tim); her siblings, Charles Larry Kelly, J. B. Kelly and Marlene Miller; her stepdaughter Patricia Kennedy (Edward); and her stepgrandchildren, Vanessa King and Will King (Desirae). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
