He is survived by: his wife Wanda Pollock of Vada; his children, Melissa Dixon (Chris), Tony Hurst (Leann) and Samantha Blackwell (J. D.); and his brothers, Donald Pollock and Kevin Pollock (Cheryl). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
