He was predeceased by: his parents, Jodie Allen Sholar and Francis Ola Clinton Sholar; his siblings, Willie Hudson, Thomas Sholar, Morris Sholar, Bernice Anderson and Jennell Sholar; and his sister-in-law Janie Brown.
He is survived by: his sisters, Julie Bedell (Doug) of Ft. Myers, Sarah Bearden (Terry) of Ocala, Mary Ann Sholar of Climax and Georgia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
