He was predeceased by: his fiancée Melanie Yvette Williams; and his parents, Kathryn Woods Deason and John "Henry" Deason. He is survived by: his brother John Deason (Kimberly) of Statesboro; his sibling's children, Courtney Capps (Casey) of Brooklet, Amber Deal (Noah) of Brooklet and Chase Deason; and his great-nephews, Oliver Capps and Knox Deal.
