In the vast expanse of eternity, Frances Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Frances Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband John Elliott O'Shields; her son John; her daughter-in-law Karen Burge of Martinez, GA; her sister Arlene Reece; and her grandchildren, John "JT" and Jaclyn Ingram. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
