He was predeceased by: his parents, Rastus Rouse and Nan Mullis Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Betty Mathis Rouse; and his children, Mike Rouse (Mary Kirby Rouse), Janet Rouse Corbitt (Rickey Corbitt) and Patty Rouse (Denise Palmer). He is also survived by six grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lake Blackshear Baptist Church (650 Coney Rd S, Cordele, GA 31015).
