He is survived by: his sons, Robert L. Clay Jr. (Linda) of Marietta and Mark Clay (Heather) of Savannah; his grandchildren, Olivia Clay Skaar (Wes) of Marietta, Ryan Clay of Atlanta, Will Clay of Augusta and Lillian Clay of Savannah; and his great grandchildren, Jade, Baker and Clay Skaar of Marietta.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:55 PM at the Mayes Ward Dobbins Funeral Home (180 Church St, Marietta, GA 30060). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
