He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Wilber NeSmith and Elizabeth Vernell Rhodes; his brothers, Glenn Clifton NeSmith and Johnny Dalton NeSmith; and his great grandchildren, Alvin Williamson III and Tripp Matthew Pike.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Denise McDonald of Vidalia, Deborah Ann Justice (Lance) of Georgetown, SC, Andrew Eugene "Drew" NeSmith of Cochran and David Wayne NeSmith (Candice) of Dublin. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
