She was predeceased by: her parents, John Williams and Gladys Cherry Williams; her husband Max Perkins; and her siblings, Wynelle Scarborough, Jerell Moore, Talmadge Williams, Lamar Williams and Margaret "Polly" Fountain.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Perkins-Scott of Cochran; her granddaughters, Kathryn Scott Burke (Derek) of Cochran and Deanna Scott of Florida; and her great grandchild Max Burke of Cochran. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
