He was predeceased by: his sister Niki Maxwell. He is survived by: his children, Darci Maxwell of Athens and Caden Maxwell (Chloe) of Athens; his parents, Donna Maxwell and Herman F. "Tex" Maxwell of Cochran; and his partner's son Hudson Bass.
