She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Vance, Sr. and Ruby Pettis Young; her husband Thomas Jack Mullis; her siblings, Joseph Vance Young, Jr., Ralph Young, Elizabeth Neff and Jewell Breeden; and her son-in-law Rick Haupt.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Hinson (Beth) of Cochran, Tina Haupt (Roger Bunn) of Cochran and Robert Mullis (Summer) of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, Clay Cavanah (Erika), Erica Haupt, Ricky Haupt, Tyler Hinson (Lindsay), Savannah Mullis, Logan Mullis and Lauren Mullis; her great grandchildren, Ryner Hinson, Olin Hinson and Tobias Hinson; and her siblings, John Neff (Carol) and Patty Roth (Bill). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Mathis Funeral Home (151 E Dykes St, Cochran, GA 31014).
