He was predeceased by: his parents, John Levi and Creola Mullis Barlow; his former wife Marcie Grinstead Barlow; and his siblings, Guy D. Barlow and Imogene Barlow Kitchens.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Barlow of Cochran; his son Johnny Barlow (Lou Ann) of Duluth; his grandson Hugh Davis Barlow of Marietta; his stepchildren, Tia Garrett of Cochran and Todd Daniels of Conyers; and his sister Ruth Barlow NeSmith of Cochran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Limestone Baptist Church (874 GA-257, Cochran, GA 31014). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
