He was predeceased by: his parents, John Levi and Creola Mullis Barlow; his former wife Marcia Grinstead Barlow; and his siblings, Guy D. Barlow and Imogene Barlow Kitchens.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Barlow of Cochran; his son Johnny Barlow (Lou Ann) of Duluth; his grandson Hugh Davis Barlow of Marietta; his stepchildren, Tia Garrett of Cochran and Todd Daniels of Conyers; and his sister Ruth Barlow NeSmith of Cochran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
