She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil Garrett and Myrtice Cromer Garrett; her husband Ronald Wayne Wilkes; and her son John Wilkes. She is survived by : her daughter Cynthia Stewart (David); and her sister Sherry Blackburn. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, a nephew and many dear friends.
