She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lamar Mathis, Sr. of Cochran and Louise Garnto Mathis of Cochran; and her brother Willie Lamar "Junior" Mathis Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Bernice Mathis Cook and Rickey Mathis of Cochran; her nephew James Pritchett (Kayse Roland); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Anna Roland and Morgan Pritchett of Cochran; her niece Tammy Bivona (Richard); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlyn Bivona and Peyton Bivona of Cochran; and her niece Lisa Mathis Harden (Steve) of Colorado.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Mathis Funeral Home (151 E Dykes St, Cochran, GA 31014).
