She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Keen and Willie Anderson Keen; her husband William Henry "Bill" Perkins; and her sons, William Jeffrey Perkins and James David Daniels.
She is survived by: her pets, Pooh and Snowball; her son Randall Perkins of Empire; her grandchildren, Michael, Derrick, Andrea Marie and Sara Trish; her daughter-in-law Carol Daniels; her nephew Bob Shed (Mary); her great-nephew Joel Shed; and her great-niece Heather Shed. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
