She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel V. Bowman and Dorothy Marie Pitts Bowman; her husbands, Willis Hampton Wade and Alton Franklin Arnold; and her son Bill Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Moon (David) of Cochran, Gary Arnold (Debbie) of Cochran and Don Wade (Katherine) of Cochran; her grandchildren, Cole Moon (Monica), Lexi Hall (Austin), Kyle Arnold (Jessica), Luke Arnold (Casi), Will Wade (Makayla), Kristina Haskins (Conner) and Megan Wade; her great grandchildren, Brody Arnold, Bo Arnold, Blaine Arnold, Henley Moon, Hampton Moon, Hudson Wade and Anderson Wade; her brothers, Earl Bowman of Cochran, David Bowman of Hawkinsville and B. Bowman of Hawkinsville; and her niece Mary Ann Montano.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in memory of Polly B. Wade to Mt. Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund, 134 Abney Road, Cochran, GA 31014.
