He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney E. Miller and Beatrice E. Miller; and his siblings, Clifford Miller and Olga Miller. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Miller; his children, Rovan Miller Jr., Nikki Miller and Dehanney Miller; his grandchildren, Tyrique Morris, Kymani Miller, Ariel Miller and Gabrielle Miller; and his siblings, Vernon Floro, Earl Miller, Lloyd Miller, Norman Miller, Avril Ashmeade, Heather Miller and Almira Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
