She was predeceased by: her parents, William Irvin and Annie Lou Hamburg Hooker. She is survived by: her husband John R. Long of Cochran; her children, Daniel Long (Wendy), April Long of Cochran and Heather Long of East Dublin; and her grandchildren, Chance, Faith, Gracie of Hope, J. D., Taira, Landon, Mason, Abigail and Kinsley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home (151 E Dykes St, Cochran, GA 31014). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
