He is survived by: his wife Ann Duggan Pipkin of Cochran; and his siblings, Creola P. Kengla of San Diego, Zenobia Barlow (Earl) of Cochran, Becky Blair (Scott) of Monroe and Richard Pipkin (Twyla) of Enterprise, Alabama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Lakeview Baptist Church (203 Lakeview Church Rd, Cochran, GA 31014).
