He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Halcomb and Ida Maxie Halcomb. He is survived by: his wife Debra Halcomb; his daughters, Hershella (William) of Red Fox, KY, Ida Gail (Daniel) of Crafts Colley and Elizabeth (Ken) of Isom, KY; his stepsons, Robert Burks (Payton), Willie Burks (Lindsay) and Larry Burks; his niece Markie Sue Polly; and his siblings, Bertha Mae Sexton, Brenda Halcomb and Herbert Halcomb. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
