He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kay Cochran Kell of Cohutta, GA; and his children, Christian Kell of Cleveland, TN, Cathy Tate of Madison, AL, Heather Kell of Hendersonville, N. C., Jesse Wayne Kell, Jr. (Leah) of Campobello, S. C., Austin Kell of Hendersonville, N. C., Danielle Rollin (Ben) of Tampa, FL., Jeff Head and Kevin Head (Lila) of Resaca, GA. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
