She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wallace Starks and Elsie Earlene Williams Starks; and her husband Waymon G. Peden. She is survived by: her son Terry Peden; and her siblings, Sherry Walls (Carlton), Betty Burnette, Gary Starks (Debbie) and Randy Starks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dalton Funeral Home (620 S Glenwood Ave, Dalton, GA 30721). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of the Dalton Funeral Home (620 S Glenwood Ave, Dalton, GA 30721). A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the United Memorial Gardens (2738 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, GA 30721).
