He is survived by: his wife Deana Merritt Bush; his children, Kristin Cone (Zach), John Brien Bush II and Bailey Bush (Ian Ammerall); his grandchildren, Stella, Theodore and Max Cone; his siblings, Deborah Grasso (John), Constance Russell and Billy Bush (Grace); his mother-in-law Mickie Merritt; his brothers-in-law, Scott Merritt (Terri) and David Merritt (Sandy); and his cousins, Chip Applewhite (Mary Jo) and Brien Applewhite (Chris). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
