He is survived by : his wife Sherry Smith of Colbert, GA; his children, Eric Smith (Andrea) of Milledgeville, GA, Spencer Smith (Audrey) of Nashville, TN, Amy Kramer (Kyle) of Fredericksburg, VA, Wendi Mixon of Eatonton, GA and Stacie Fulcher (Jeff) of Acworth, GA; and his brother Steve Smith. He is also survived by husband of 47 years and a devoted father to his five children, Sister Cindy Lake; and 8 Grandchildren.
