He was predeceased by : his parents, Vytautas Mazeika (Vic) and Stase Mazeika; and his brother Tony. He is survived by : his former life partner Mary Burgus; his wife Deborah Scott Mazeika; his children, John Mazeika, Jr. (Cathie) of Bowling Green, KY and Christina Visagie (Anton) of Dana Point, CA; and his brothers, George Mazeika of Yachats, OR and Alex Mazeika of Athens. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous other relatives.
