With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Kyle Whitlow of Colbert, Georgia, born in Elberton, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 12, 2025 at the age of 35. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Wayne Maxwell; and his uncle Gary Maxwell. He is survived by: his father Steven Kermit Whitlow of Colbert; his fiancé Lauren'Taylor'Higginbotham; his mother Lynn Whitlow (Dayton) of Bowman; his siblings, Bryan Whitlow of Elberton and Emily Whitlow of Bowman; his nieces, Layla Whitlow and Lily Whitlow; his grandmothers, Betty Jo Human Maxwell "MawMaw" of Bowman and Arlene Dove Whitlow; his uncle Bruce Whitlow (Frances Ruth) of Lakemont; his aunt Brook Whitlow of Elberton; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Lisa Higginbotham of Elberton.
