It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Smith (Collins, Georgia), who passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Smith and Catherine Smith; and his brothers, Jerome Smith, Benjamin Smith, Lamar Smith and Clifford Smith.
He is survived by: his brother Quinton Smith of Rock Hill; his nephews, Rolland Smith of Rock Hill and Allan Smith of Long Island; his niece Janelle Smith of Long Island; his aunts, Julie Bailey (Layman) of Atlanta, Georgia, Frances Borden (Alphonso) of Englewood, Jessie Dean Goodman (William) of Elmont and Helen McKinnon (Alton) of Collins, Georgia; his uncle Willis Costen of Collins, Georgia; and his cousin Herman Smith of Collins, Georgia.. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
