She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Thomas and Lucy Bell Thomas; her sons, Carlton and Reuben Butler; her granddaughter Constance Nall Thornton; and her sister Catherine T. Evans.
She is survived by: her husband Harold R. Stephens; her daughters, Erica Willis (Sam) and Kimberly Butler; her grandchildren, Branden Nall, Kristopher Kimbrough and Kristian Kimbrough; her great grandchild Justin Nall; her siblings, Maggie Freeman (Roosevelt) and Dennis Lyles (Alicia); and her grandchildren, Alecia and Kanavisa Willis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (9947 Veterans Pkwy, Midland, GA 31820).
