She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Simons and Louise Slabaugh; and her brother Ricky Dean Simons. She is survived by: her children, Cindi Noel (David), Bonnie Cantrell (Brian), Audrina DeBall (Paul) and Richard Cobb (Shannon); and her siblings, Vicki Trawick (Dusty), Gwenda Royce, Keith Simons (Dora), Jackie Simons and Dennis Simons. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as several extended family members and friends.
