She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Lutz, Christopher K. Lutz, Carol L. Blackmon (Phillip), Kathy L. Pound (John) and Scott D. Lutz (Sandra); her grandchildren, Bryan Lutz (Shawna), David Lutz (Andrea), Leah B. Foster (Kirk), Bradley Blackmon (Summer) and Karly Pound (Sheldon Steines); and her caregivers, Mittie, Donna, Sheila and Brenda.
