She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Dillard and Viola Ingram Cooper; her siblings, Helen Hargrove, Willie Cooper, Fannie Patterson, J. C. Cooper, Phyllis Ballard, Queen Pugh and Will Bell; her husband Eddie James Westbrooks Sr.; her children, Dorothy King, Sandra Reeves, Brenda Crowell, Eddie Westbrooks II, Jimmy Westbrooks and Larry Westbrooks; and her grandchildren, Efrem Westbrooks, Royal Westbrooks and Lueshionda Sexton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vivian Westbrooks and Vickie Moss; and her grandchildren, Orlando, Jimmy, Orrand, Celeste, Zoleaka, Jeffrey, Celissa, Eddie, Jolynda, Larry and Paula. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
