He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Lee Hardrick and Louise T. Hooks; his brother Sammy Lee Hardrick Jr.; and his stepsister LeeShonda Hooks. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Hardrick Jr., Asianna Hardrick and Amari Hardrick; his sisters, Beula Williams (Patrick), Ullainee Chambers (Joseph), Gaynell Hooks and Vanessa Hooks; his stepsisters, Vickie Hooks (Antwan) and Valisa Mercer (Derrick); his brother Steven Hardrick; and his stepbrothers, Joseph T Hooks Jr. and Reginald Hooks (Bernice).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Progressive Funeral Home (4235 St. Mary's Road, Columbus, GA 31907). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
