He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Mitchell Jr. and Nobuko Miyazaki Domingue; and his brother Ronald Mitchell. He is survived by: his son Arch Mitchell Jr. (Crystal); his grandchildren, Brielle Renea Mitchell and Bryant Olson Mitchell of Nashua, NH; and his siblings, Mary DaPonte' (Jose) of Columbus, GA, Cornelius Mitchell III (Dorrie) of Salem, AL, Viola Lee (Paul) of Acworth, GA, Ruth Fuentes of Chandler, AZ and Naomi Dorsey of Columbus, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
